Please join us next Wednesday for an evening with two exceptional performers, Johnny Sol and Tawanda Manyimo! It’ll be a great night!

Johnny Sol. Retro Singer/Songwriter. Actor. Poet. Musician. Playing acoustic guitar. Deep smooth melodys.

Tawanda Manyimo was born and raised in Zimbabwe, and moved to Palmerston North in Aotearoa New Zealand at the age of 22.

An instinctive love of performance both on stage and screen saw him heading to the nearest local theatrecompany- and in 2007, was cast in the play "The Full Monty".

In 2008 he auditioned and was accepted into Toi Whakaari- The New Zealand Drama School. On completion in 2011, he has since been involved in various theatre and film productions. Tawanda is an aspiring musician, and has a deep love for the magic of words through storytelling.

As always, we warmly welcome open mic poets, particularly first timers. Five minutes maximum. Koha please for our wonderful guests. Please bring cash!
